Crooktube is not responsible for misleading information, and does not own the videos posted on this website. They are property of the person or persons posting the images.

Prohibited Content: Any content that attacks or slanders an individual; divulges personal information about other person or persons in a defamatory, innappropriate or illegal manner.

To post videos of any illegal activity or crimes that you have, please contact your police department first and provide them with the video as evidence. After you get a file number, you need to create an account or user profile and after you register you can upload your videos to be posted on Crooktube for public viewing.

Do not upload any TV shows, music videos, music concerts, or commercials. This site is only for illegal activities or crimes caught on video.

No copyrighted material permitted unless you own the copyrights. If you are not sure if your video infringes someone else's copyright or privacy rights, or if you don't have a police file number, please do not upload. Because of individual privacy rights issues, any videos posted by users other than the Administrators of the web site that do not provide a police file number or police contact, will be removed
